Billing and cancellation.

$19 USD per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. The allowance is 100 searches per UTC calendar month, including failed searches, and up to 20 prospect message submissions per UTC day; your provider can impose lower limits. Prices exclude tax; any required tax is shown before you are charged.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime in the Stripe billing portal - the link is in Account settings and in every receipt. Cancelling stops all future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid. Prefer email? Send any message to [email protected] and that is enough - we cancel, no questions asked.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. You may cancel anytime to stop future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid.

Payments, receipts, and access

Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card details. Stripe emails a receipt for every payment, and the customer-portal link appears in every receipt and in Settings. New searches and message sends require an active subscription; no free trial is configured. Saved leads and your account remain accessible for review and export. We email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.
