Acceptable use.

Findor may only be used for lawful, respectful business outreach. Do not use it for phishing, deception, harassment, impersonation, credential theft, unlawful content, prohibited spam, or to bypass provider rules or anyone's opt-out. Public contact information is not universal permission to send.

Before you send

Record a reviewed permitted-use basis for every recipient, use truthful sender and subject information, include your valid business postal address, and honor opt-outs promptly — in the US, CAN-SPAM requires an opt-out request to be honored within 10 business days. Other jurisdictions can require prior consent or impose stricter rules; complying with them is your responsibility.

Suppression and evasion

Do not re-add suppressed contacts using another account or otherwise evade restrictions. Do not send from domains or accounts you are not authorized to use, and do not disguise the origin of a message.

Enforcement

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and we may refuse content or connections that put the service, recipients, or providers at risk. Serious violations — especially deception, harassment, or repeated complaints — can result in immediate termination. Brevo is not offered as a channel for discovered or scraped prospects, Findor does not supply its own SMTP account for customer prospecting, and incoming complaint and bounce monitoring remains your responsibility.
